1. Who we are

CheckIT Global is operated by L.D.L.1 LTD, Reg. HE 481812, Limassol, Cyprus. We provide independent pre-handover inspections of residential property in Cyprus. For any question about this policy contact cbdo@checkit.global.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us by WhatsApp, Telegram, phone or e-mail, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, e-mail address, property type, location and handover date. WhatsApp and Telegram process your messages under their own policies.

3. How we use it

We use your details to reply to your request, schedule and carry out the inspection, prepare and deliver the report and, at most, send one follow-up message about your inquiry. We do not sell or rent personal data.

4. Sharing

We share your details only with people who need them to deliver the service (our inspectors) and with service providers that process data on our behalf (e-mail, analytics). We do not pass your details to developers, agents or contractors.

5. Analytics and cookies

The site may use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel to measure visits and conversions such as WhatsApp clicks. These tools set cookies. You can block them in your browser settings.

6. Retention

Inquiry details are kept for 12 months after the last contact unless an inspection is ordered, in which case they are kept with the inspection record for as long as required by Cyprus law.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Write to cbdo@checkit.global. You may also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date above.
