- No waterproofing under the balcony door, open gap for water into the floor build-up
- All sockets in one room dead; connections in the distribution board needed rechecking
- Kitchen island top out of level by 5 to 6 mm
- Entrance door with a 7 to 9 mm gap to the floor

What you receive
Every defect documented so the developer cannot argue with it.
One entry per defect: ID, the finding in plain words, the room, the trade responsible and an open or fixed status. Photographs are taken with the instrument in frame, so the reading is the proof.
Every defect pinned on your apartment plan and numbered to match the register. Clusters of pins show where the workmanship is weakest. That page carries the most weight in the handover meeting.
